摘  要:为解决钢铁企业喷雾焙烧法盐酸废液再生工艺过程计算复杂的难题,帮助该领域专业技术人员搭建合适的计算模型,从而准确、快速地得到相关工艺参数,创新性地采用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对喷雾焙烧法盐酸废液再生工艺流程进行了全流程模拟计算。通过计算给出了关键工艺参数,并与实际工艺参数进行对比,计算结果与实际运行状态相符,为喷雾焙烧法工艺设计、设备设计和工程调试提供理论依据和指导。同时分析了软件模拟计算的局限性,为后续完善计算模型指明了方向。In order to solve the complicated calculation of the regeneration process of the hydrochloric acid waste liquid in the iron and steel enterprises,help the professional technicians in this field to set up the appropriate calculation model so as to get the relevant process parameters accurately and quickly.The chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus was innovatively applied to simulate the whole process of hydrochloric acid waste liquid regeneration.The key process parameters are given by calculation.Compared with the actual process parameters,the calculated results are consistent with the actual running state,providing theoretical basis and guidance for spray roasting process design,equipment design and engineering debugging.At the same time,the limitation of the software simulation calculation is analyzed,which points out the direction for the subsequent improvement of the calculation model.
