摘　　要：在影响韩美同盟的因素中,朝鲜因素一直是重要外部变量。文在寅上台后,韩美双方在朝鲜半岛政策上出现严重分歧。为此,本文分析了韩美同盟成立以来双方在不同时期朝鲜半岛政策问题上的考量和动机,探究了当前韩美双方朝鲜半岛政策协调的主要内容及其限度,指出韩美同盟调整不仅对韩国国内局势、韩朝关系和朝鲜半岛和平统一有重要影响,还影响东北亚地缘政治格局。朝鲜因素依然是韩美同盟未来发展的主要驱动力,也是重要张力,同盟关系的非平衡性对实现朝鲜半岛和平统一的负外部性愈加明显,文在寅政府通过责任国防建设推进韩美同盟转型的同时,还必须考虑本国利益和美国霸权对朝鲜半岛安全问题和统一问题的重大影响。Among the factors affecting the ROK-US alliance,the DPRK factor has always been an important external variable affecting the partnership between the two countries.After Moon Jae-in took office,ROK and the US had serious differences on Korean Peninsula policy.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the considerations and motives of the Korean peninsula policy in different periods since the establishment of the ROK-US alliance.Secondly,it explores the main contents and limits of policy coordination between the two sides.Finally,it points out that the adjustment of the ROK-US alliance not only has an important influence on the domestic situation of ROK,the relations between ROK and DPRK and the peaceful reunification of the Korean peninsula,but also affects the geopolitical pattern of Northeast Asia.The conclusion is that the DPRK factor is still the main driving force and important tension for the future development of the ROK-US alliance,the imbalance of alliance relations is becoming more and more obvious to the realization of peaceful reunification of the Korean peninsula.Moon Jae-in administration,through responsible national defense construction to improve the transformation of the ROK-US alliance,must also consider the national interests and major impact of American hegemony on the security and reunification of the Korean peninsula.
