摘　　要：目的分析不同期别矽肺患者肺灌洗液中的过氧化物还原酶6(PRDX6)表达量的差异。方法以尘肺病患者的肺灌洗液为研究对象,以具有可比性的非矽肺男性患者正常肺段的支气管的肺灌洗液为对照。采用Western blot方法检测不同组别PRDX6蛋白表达水平的差异。结果PRDX6蛋白在对照组和矽肺不同期别患者肺灌洗液中均有表达。随着肺纤维化程度增加,PRDX6蛋白在矽肺患者肺灌洗液中表达量逐渐升高,对照组、壹期矽肺、贰期矽肺、叁期矽肺各组灰度值分别为0.5367±0.0666、0.5678±0.0728、0.7133±0.0808、0.7856±0.0976,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中贰期矽肺和叁期矽肺患者的PRDX6表达量高于对照组和壹期矽肺患者(P<0.05)。结论PRDX6蛋白可能在矽肺发生发展过程中发挥重要的作用,对于防治矽肺具有重要意义。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the expression of PRDX6 in lung lavage fluid of silicosis patients in different stages.Methods The PRDX6 protein expression in both lung lavage fluid of pneumoconiosis patients,and the lung lavage fluid of normal lung segment bronchus of outpatients with comparability was measured with western blot method.The results in different groups or sub-groups were compared.Results PRDX6 protein was expressed in the lung lavage fluid of both control group and silicosis patients.With the increase of fibrosis degree,the expression of PRDX6 protein in lung lavage fluid of silicosis patients increased gradually.The gray values of control group,stageⅠSilicosis group,stageⅡSilicosis group and stageⅢSilicosis group were 0.5367±0.0666,0.5678±0.0728,0.7133±0.0808,0.7856±0.0976,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of PRDX6 in stageⅡand stageⅢsilicosis patients was higher than that in control group and stageⅠsilicosis patients(P<0.05).Conclusions PRDX6 protein may play an important role in the occurrence and development of silicosis,which may be of great significance in the prevention and treatment of silicosis.
