采煤机滚筒装煤效果的研究及展望

摘　　要：研究采煤机滚装煤效果的影响因素,选择合理的参数,对提高采煤机滚筒在工作中装煤效果具有至关重要的意义。综述了国内外采煤机滚筒的研究历程,对影响滚筒装煤效果的主要因素进行了介绍,并分析了影响因素与装煤效果的影响关系、采煤机滚筒装煤效果的研究方法,同时对采煤机滚筒装煤效果的发展趋势及其进一步研究的几个方面进行了展望。It is very important to study the influencing factors of shearer drum in coal loading and to select reasonable parameter,which has great significance to improve the coal loading effect of shearer drum in work.In this paper,the research process of shearer drum at home and abroad is introduced.The main factors influencing the effect of drum loading are introduced,the relationship between influencing factors and coal loading effect,and the research methods of coal loading effect of shearer drum are analyzed.At the same time,the development trend of coal loading effect of shearer drum and several aspects of its further research are prospected.
