乡村振兴视角下传统地域特色民居的活化研究--以福建永泰庄寨IP化为例

摘　　要：传统地域特色民居的荒废是对乡村居住资源的浪费与地域文化的背弃。复兴传统地域特色民居能够传承特定地域文化,重塑乡村治理体系,并且能够以民居为载体发展文化旅游产业,对于实现乡村振兴具有重要作用。以福建永泰庄寨为例,探讨传统地域特色民居如何以IP化建设实现活化。调查发现永泰庄寨IP化前后经历了修缮期、重塑期、宣传期、建制期和嵌入期等五个阶段,在此过程中地方政府发挥了主导力量,建立了职能明确的专管机构,以村民为主体,凝聚民智民力,积极引导多方力量协同合作,取得了-一定成效。但是还存在利润分配机制设计不合理和村民主体意识不强等问题,提出要以四个侧重点作为IP化发展基础等建议,逐步实现传统地域特色民居IP化带动乡村振兴的长远目标。The abandonment of traditional residential houses with regional characteristics is a waste of ruralresidential resources and abandonment of regional culture.The revival of traditional residential houses withregional characteristics can inherit specific regional culture,reshape the rural governance system,anddevelop cultural tourism industries with residential houses as a carrier,which plays an important role inrealizing rural revitalization.How to activate the traditional residential houses with regional characteristicsthrough the IP construction is discussed with the example of Yongtai Village of Fujian.The investigationfound that Yongtai Village has experienced five stages before and after its IP construction:the repairperiod,the remodeling period,the promotion period,the establishment period and the embedding period.During this process,the local government played a leading role,established a dedicated management agencywith clear functions,and finally achieved certain results by taking villagers as the main body,gatheringpeople's intelligence and strength,and actively guiding multi-party forces to cooperate.However,there arestill problems such as the unreasona ble design of the profit distribution mechanism and the weak awarenessof village democracy.lt is proposed to apply five key points as the basis for the development of IP,and gradually realize the long-term goal of promoting the revitalization of the village through the IP construction of traditional residential houses with regional characteristics.
