摘  要:通过冷滚轧渐开线花键轴毛坯直径的计算,并借助于 DEFORM 软件对冷滚轧过程进行仿真,得到了冷滚轧成形过程的应力应变分布规律。分析连续加工时对齿形的影响因素,为实际加工时滚轧方法选用、滚轧速度设定以及滚轧轮安装角度选取提供了理论依据。After the calculation on the blank diameter of the cold-rolled involute spline shaft,the cold-rolling process was simulated with the aid of DEFORM software,and then the stress and strain distribution laws during cold-rolling formation process were obtained.In addition,the influential factors of the tooth profile during continuous manufacturing process,which offered theoretical reference for selecting the rolling methods,setting the rolling speed and determining the mounting angle of the rolling wheel during actual manufacturing process.
