考虑高价值敏感货物运输时效性的铁路货车集结模式选择研究

摘　　要：定编集结和定点集结是两种不同的货车集结模式,定编集结可以充分利用铁路运输能力,定点集结有利于保证货物送达时间。针对高价值敏感货物的时间价值特性,根据定编集结和定点集结模式的作业特征,利用作业成本法建立两种集结模式的运输效益函数,并以铁路通过能力为约束,给出两种不同集结模式的有利区间。以区域性编组站为例,分析了不同方向适用的集结模式及单位车辆满载价值、列车运行距离、高价值敏感货物比重对集结方式选取产生的影响。结果表明:当运输货物本身价值较高时,定点集结相比于定编集结具有更好的经济优越性,因此在比较两种集结方式的经济适用性时,有必要考虑货物价值以提高铁路货运的市场竞争力。Fixed-point assembly and fixed-number assembly are two different truck assembly modes.Fixed-number assembly can make full use of railway capacity.In contrast,fixed-point assembly offers reliable delivery times for transported goods and provides greater security for sensitive goods.To determine the optimal time and cost effectiveness for transporting high-value sensitive goods through the rail network,the transport cost function of each assembly mode is established using the activity cost method under the constraint of rail network capacity. Based on regional marshalling stations, the impacts of employingdifferent assembly modes in various directions, fully loading vehicle units, the distance traveled by a train,and the proportion of high-value sensitive goods being transported are analyzed. The results indicate that,when the value of transported goods is high, fixed-point assembly offers greater economic benefits thanfixed-number assembly. When comparing the economic viability of the two assembly methods, it isnecessary to consider the value of transported goods to improve the market competitiveness of cargotransportation via the rail network.
