摘 要:历史城区往往由于道路资源有限,交通拥堵问题严重,提升交通系统总体容量成为解决问题的关键之一。测算城市的交通系统总体容量需要综合考虑公共交通系统和个体交通系统的协调-竞争关系,以此为基础,提出了一种新的交通系统容量测算方法,并以扬州实际调查为例,测算个体机动交通容量与公共交通系统容量对历史城区系统总体交通容量的影响,分析不同交通改善决策对交通系统总体容量的影响规律,为历史城区交通系统规划设计提供决策依据和支持。Increasing the total transportation capacity of historical districts based on their limited road resources and severe congestions is a significant research topic.The coordination and competition relationship between the individual and public transportation systems should be considered to accurately calculate the total capacity of the transportation system.Based on this,a calculation method of the capacity of the historical district transportation system that considers this relationship is proposed.To verify the validity and accuracy of the method,an empirical study of the Yangzhou historical district was conducted,and it reflected the effect of the capacities of individual motor traffic and public transportation on the total transportation capacity of the historical districts.Furthermore,the effect of different measures to improve traffic on the total capacity of the transportation system was also analyzed.The method provided in this paper can serve as a decision-making tool and support for the planning and design of the transportation system in historical districts.
