县级公司继电保护整定计算管理新模式

摘　　要：针对继电保护定值的传统整定和管理模式,结合国网长春市城郊供电公司电网实际,参照近年来计算管理模式的变化,分析以往继保管理中存在的问题,设计整改思路,通过及时、安全维护电网及设备信息,合理运用整定计算模块、定值单流转和定值单整定功能模块,提高了继电保护设备信息和定值运行流程的管理水平,将该模式应用到城郊公司继电保护定值运行管理中,效果显著。In view of the traditional setting and management mode of relay protection setting value,combined with the actual situation of State Grid Changchun Suburban Power Supply Company,referring to the changes of calculation management mode in recent years,the problems existing in relay protection management in the past are analyzed,and the rectification ideas are designed.Through timely and safe maintenance of power grid and equipment information,reasonable use of setting calculation module,setting value transfer and setting list setting function module,the management level of relay protection equipment information and setting value operation process is improved.The mode is applied to relay protection setting operation management of suburban company,and the effect is remarkable.
