摘 要:针对高含硫气田井下双层管柱的外层套管缺陷检测问题,基于电磁探伤测试仪MTD-J检测的电涡流检测数据,提出一种高含硫气田弱磁油管双层管柱缺陷的电涡流检测方法(ECTM)。在ECTM中,首先对该电涡流检测数据进行预处理去除弱磁油管偏心导致的数据线性偏移问题,然后提出ESMDH方法对预处理后的数据进行分解,得到多个IMF分量,再采用希尔伯特变换方法提取IMF分量特征参数,最后采用基于高斯核函数的SVM模型对特征参数进行训练和识别,从而实现缺陷电涡流无损检测。实验结果表明:ECTM能较好去除弱磁油管偏心引起的数据线性偏移,寻找到的6种特征参数能较好表征6种缺陷,且提高了每一类缺陷识别率和平均缺陷识别率,比EMDS、ESMDS、ESMDHF和ESMDHR更优。There are defect detection problem of outer casing of double-layer tub in high sulfur gas wells. To solve the problem,based on the eddy current detection data detected by the electromagnetic detector MTD-J,a eddy current testing method(ECTM)of defects for double-layer tub with weak magnetic tubing in high-sulfur gas field is proposed. Firstly,ECTM pre-processes the eddy current detection data to remove the linear offset of data caused by the eccentricity of weak magnetic tubing. Then it proposes the ESMDH method to decompose the pre-processed data to obtain multiple IMF,and uses the Hilbert transform method to extract characteristic parameters. Finally,ECTM uses the SVM model based on Gaussian kernel function to train and recognize the feature parameters,so as to realize the eddy current non-destructive testing of defects. The experimental results show that ECTM can better remove the linear offset of data caused by the eccentricity of weak magnetic tubing,and the six characteristic parameters can better characterize the six defects. Moreover,it improves the recognition rate of each kind of defect and the average recognition rate of defects. It is better than EMDS,ESMDS,ESMDHF and ESMDHR.
