绿色包装壁垒下我国饲料产品包装的困境及应对机制

摘　　要：随着生态文明建设和可持续发展的不断推进,产品包装对生态环境产生污染的问题逐渐受到人们的重视,各国、各地区已对生产包装和物流包装的环保要求升级,开始大力推行绿色包装。我国饲料行业也在环保压力下,开始改进和提升饲料产品的包装质量和环保标准。但目前我国颁布的相关政策法规和相关规范仍不完善,企业对绿色包装重视不足,绿色包装回收机制落实不到位及消费者绿色理念不够等问题,使得我国的饲料产品一定程度上不符合绿色包装标准和要求。本文以绿色包装壁垒对饲料产品的影响为研究点,进一步分析当前饲料产品绿色包装存在的问题,并从技术、法规、制度和意识方面提出改进措施。With the development of ecological civilization and sustainable development,the problem of ecological environment pollution caused by product packaging has been gradually paid attention to by people.The environmental protection requirements of production packaging and logistics packaging in various countries and regions have been upgraded,and green packaging has been vigorously promoted.Under the pressure of environmental protection,China’s feed industry has begun to improve and enhance the quality of feed packaging and environmental protection standards.But at present,the policies and regulations and the relevant specification issused by our country are not perfect.And business of green packaging,green packaging recycling mechanism implementation does not reach the designated position and the problems,consumer green concept is not enough,which makes China’s feed products is not in conformity with the green packaging standards and requirements to a certain extent.In this paper,the influence of the green packaging barrier on the feed products was studied,the existing problems in the green packaging of feed products were further analyzed,and the improvement measures were proposed from the aspects of technology,regulations,system and consciousness.
