摘  要:近年来,由于抗菌药物广泛应用于动物和人类疾病的治疗和预防,导致各种细菌对抗生素的抗性急剧增加,尤其是大肠杆菌的多重耐药性。为了解山东省肉鸡养殖场大肠杆菌的抗药性情况,本研究于2018—2019年从山东省3个规模化养鸡场采集123份新鲜粪便样品,对其进行大肠杆菌的分离和鉴定,并利用微量肉汤稀释法对大肠杆菌分离株进行药敏试验。结果显示,从123份新鲜粪便样品中共分离到123株大肠杆菌;全部分离株对多西环素耐药,对美罗培南敏感。大肠杆菌多重耐药率为99.2%,对9种抗生素耐药的菌株多达34株。本研究结果可为养鸡场中抗生素的规范使用提供理论依据。Recently,a dramatic increase in antimicrobial resistance in different species of bacteria,particularly multidrug-resistance in Escherichia coli(E.coli),continues to emerge throughout the world because antimicrobials are extensively used for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes in animals and humans.In order to understand the resistance of E.coli in broiler farms to drugs in Shandong Province,123 fresh fecal samples were collected from three large-scale farms of Shandong Province during 2018-2019 to isolate and identify E.coli strains,and then the drug sensitive test was conducted using micro-broth dilution method.The results showed that 123 strains of E.coli were isolated from the 123 fresh fecal samples.All the E.coli strains showed resistance to doxycycline and sensitivity to meropenem.The multi-drug resistance rate of E.coli was 99.2%,and 34 strains were resistant to 9 kinds of antibiotics.These results could provide theoretical basis for the regulated use of antibiotics in broiler farms.
