摘 要:土壤盐碱化是严重的环境问题。盐碱胁迫会抑制植物正常生长发育。沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia)是胡颓子科(Elaeagnaceae)胡颓子属(Elaeagnus)落叶小乔木,具有较高的经济价值,同时具有一定的耐旱耐盐碱能力及改良盐碱土的功效。我们对国内外有关盐碱胁迫对沙枣影响的研究进行归纳,主要包括盐碱胁迫对沙枣种子萌发、生长发育、光合作用、渗透调节、抗氧化调节、离子平衡调节等各方面的影响,并阐述沙枣响应盐碱胁迫的机制和提高沙枣耐盐碱机理的途径及可行性,旨在为通过种植沙枣实现盐碱地生态修复提供理论支持与实践指导。Soil salinization is a serious environmental problem.Saline-alkaline stress can inhibit the normal growth and development of plants.Elaeagnus angustifolia is a small deciduous tree of Elaeagnus,Elaeagnaceae with higher economic value and certain drought tolerance and saline-alkaline tolerance.In this paper,the researches on influences of saline-alkaline stress to Elaeagnus angustifolia at home and abroad were summerized mainly including the influences of saline-alkaline stress on Elaeagnus angustifolia seed germination,growth and development,photosynthesis,osmoregulation,antioxidants regulation,and ion balance adjustment,and then the response mechanisms of Elaeagnus angustifolia to saline-alkaline stress and the methods and feasiability to improve its tolerance were expounded in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for achieving ecological remediation of saline-alkaline lands by planting Elaeagnus angustifolia.
