田菁个体发育形态学研究

摘　　要：研究了田菁(Sesbania cannabina)发育形态学特征和生长发育节律.培育幼苗、成株,观察其外部形态变化,并获取解剖材料.采用石蜡切片法研究田菁营养器官的解剖结构特征.田菁种子具有硬实现象,萌发势和萌发率低;为子叶出土萌发型种子,适宜浅播;气温较高时,田菁营养生长较快;根系上形成大小不同的根瘤;荚果细长,种子间具横隔;为典型的异面叶,叶的上、下表皮均有气孔分布;生育期为120~150 d.为进一步开发利用田菁提供了形态学依据.To study developmental morphological characteristics and growth rhythm of Sesbania cannabina.Cultivate seedlings and adult plants,observe the external morphological changes and obtain anatomical materials.Use paraffin section method to study the anatomical structural characteristics of Sesbania cannabina vegetative organs.The seeds of Sesbania cannabina had hard realization,low germination potential and germination rate.They were unearthed seeds of cotyledons,suitable for shallow sowing.When the temperature was high,the nutrition of Sesbania cannabina grew faster.Nodules of different sizes were formed on the root system.The pod is slender and has a septum between the seeds.It is a typical heterohedral leaf with stomatal distribution on the upper and lower epidermis.The birth period is 120~150 days.Provide morphological basis for further development and utilization of Sesbania cannabina.
