摘  要:采用石蜡切片技术、水合氯醛透化法对中药薄荷的营养器官解剖特征及组织粉末特征进行研究.结果表明,薄荷的根属于须根系,木质部导管孔径较大;根状茎维管组织成环状排列;茎的四角有较多的厚角组织,4个棱角下方维管束较大;叶上、下表皮均有气孔结构,气孔为直轴式.叶柄呈半月形无翼.薄荷根、根状茎、茎、叶中均有针簇状橙皮苷结晶分布,植株体表有腺毛和非腺毛.The anatomical characteristics of vegetative organs and tissue powder of Mentha Haplocalyx were studied by paraffin section and chloral hydrate method.The results showed that the root of Mentha Haplocalyx belonged to fibrous root system,the diameter of xylem vessel was larger,the vascular tissue of rhizome was arranged in a ring,the four corners of the stem had more thick horn tissue,the vascular bundle was larger below the four arris,the upper and lower epidermis of leaves have stomatal structure,the stomata were diacytic type,the petiole is half moon without wing.The cluster-like hesperidin crystals were distributed in the roots,rhizomes,stems and leaves of Mentha Haplocalyx.The plant surface has glandular hairs and non-glandular hairs.
