健康视角下半城市化地区绿地系统规划管控——以潮州市潮安城区为例

摘　　要：现代生活方式的转型和频发的公共卫生事件,使得健康城市再次成为城市规划的重要导向。作为公共空间的主要载体,城市绿地系统对于促进居民健康具有积极作用,但现有的绿地系统规划实践中并未得到充分体现。文章结合健康视角下国内外绿地系统规划的理论与实践,立足半城市化地区绿地系统规划管控的现实问题,基于健康理念构建"健康评估—方案设计—实施管控"的全过程绿地系统规划管控框架,并以潮州市潮安城区绿地系统规划为依托,探索健康视角下半城市化地区绿地系统规划管控的方法。The transformation of modern lifestyles and frequent public health incidents have made Healthy City essential for urban planning.As the primary component of public space,the urban green space system plays a positive role in promoting residents’ health.However,Healthy City’s concept has not been incorporated with the current green space system planning practice.Based on the theory and practice of green space system planning from the perspective of health,and the practical problems of green space system planning and regulation in semi-urbanized areas,this paper constructs a whole-process framework of green space system planning and regulation.With the case of green system planning in Chaoan district,Chaozhou,it explores the green space system planning and regulation methods of semi-urbanized areas from a healthy perspective.
