摘 要:房地产价格无疑是房地产行业乃至整个社会最为敏感的话题,通过构建组合赋权灰色关联模型,对沈阳市房地产价格的诸多关联因子进行分析,从而找出了房地产价格主要的关联指标,分析结果显示消费价格指数、城镇人口数量、建材价格指数与房地产价格的关联度最强,并针对分析结果采取对应措施,以促进沈阳市房地产行业的健康发展。Real estate prices are undoubtedly the most sensitive topic in the real estate industry and even the whole society.This paper constructs a combination weighting grey relational model,and analyzes many related factors of real estate prices in Shenyang,so as to find out the main related indicators of real estate prices.The analysis results show that the consumer price index,the number of urban population,and the price index of building materials have the strongest correlation with real estate prices.The paper takes corresponding measures for the results of the analysis,to promote the healthy development of the real estate industry in Shenyang.
