复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行修正性手术及综合治疗对VEGF、COX-2阳性率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行修正性手术及综合治疗对VEGF、COX-2阳性率的影响。方法:选定某院于2017年7月~2019年3月收诊的74例复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,等距抽样法分为观察组(修正性手术及综合治疗)与对照组(传统手术)各37例,比较两组复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床有效率、环氧酶-2(COX-2)阳性率、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)阳性率与并发症发生率。结果:观察组复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的COX-2阳性率、VEGF阳性率与鼻腔粘连、眼睑气肿等并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:修正性手术及综合治疗方法可提高复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的治疗效果与诊治安全性,减低其COX-2阳性率、VEGF阳性率,值得使用推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified operation and comprehensive treatment on positive rate of VEGF and COX-2 in patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:74 cases of patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps in a hospital from July 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(modified surgery and comprehensive treatment,37 cases)and control group(traditional operation,37 cases)by equidistant sampling method.The clinical efficacy,cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2)positive rate,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)positive rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The COX-2 positive rate,VEGF positive rate,and the incidence of complications such as nasal adhesion and eyelid emphysema of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Clinical efficiency of patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified surgery and comprehensive treatment can improve the treatment effect and safety of patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps,and reduce the COX-2 positive rate and VEGF positive rate,which is worthy of application and promotion.
