探讨健康体检人群中不同年龄段高脂血症与颈动脉硬化检出率的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析健康体检人群中不同年龄段高脂血症与颈动脉硬化检出率之间的关系。方法:选取342例在某院行行健康体检的人员,对其行血脂、生化及颈动脉B超等项目的检测,观察并比较不同年龄段体检人员血脂异常的检出率、颈动脉B超异常的检出率。结果:本组342例体检人员中,151例(44.15%)出现血脂增高,其中30~39岁年龄段人群中,男(34.43%)多于女(21.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);151例血脂异常的人员,对其行颈动脉B超检查后发现,75例(49.67%)出现颈动脉B超异常,表现为不同程度的颈动脉内中膜增厚、伴斑块、颈动脉粥样硬化、颈动脉狭窄等,且<40岁、40~49岁、50~59岁、>60岁等年龄段的颈动脉B超异常人群中,男性均多于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血脂症是引发颈动脉硬化的主要因素之一,行健康体检的人员应加强对血脂水平的检测,对血脂水平异常的人群及时实施进一步的检测及预防治疗,能够有效降低颈动脉硬化事件的发生。Objective:To explore and analyze the relationship between hyperlipidemia and carotid atherosclerosis detection rate in different age groups in healthy physical examination population.Methods:342 peo-ple were selected for health examination in a hospital,and their blood lipids,biochemistry and carotid B were detected.The detection rate of dyslipidemia and carotid B hyperalgesia were observed and compared.Results:Of the 342 check-ups,151(44.15%)had increased blood lipids,of which 30~39 years old had more men(34.43%)than women(21.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).151 people with abnormal blood lipids underwent carotid artery B-ultrasound examination and found that 75 cases(49.67%)had carotid artery B-ultrasound abnormalities,manifested as different degrees of carotid artery intima-media thickening,plaque,carotid atherosclerosis,and carotid artery stenosis.Moreover,among<40,40~49,50,59,>60 and other age groups of carotid artery abnormalities,men were more than women,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperlipidemia is one of the main factors causing carotid arteriosclerosis.People who perform health examination should strengthen the detection of blood lipid level and carry out further detection and prevention treatment in time for people with abnormal blood lipid level,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of carotid sclerosis events.
