氟康唑对鼻内窥镜术后复发性上颌窦霉菌感染的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析氟康唑对鼻内窥镜术后复发性上颌窦霉菌感染的临床效果。方法:2018年1月~2019年1月某院收治148例鼻内窥镜术后复发性上颌窦霉菌感染的患者,遵循随机数字分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组各74例,对照组单纯应用5%碳酸氢钠冲洗,观察组应用氟康唑,比较两组真菌感染率、真菌感染的治疗效果、药物不良反应。结果:观察组的真菌感染率9.5%(7例)小于对照组的真菌感染率25.7%(19例),有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组真菌感染的治疗有效率100%(7例)、不良反应率0优于对照组真菌感染的治疗有效率68.4%(13例)、不良反应率21.1%(4例),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟康唑可有效预防、治疗鼻内窥镜术后复发性上颌窦霉菌感染患者的真菌感染,安全性较高,值得应用。Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of fluconazole on recurrent fungal infection of maxillary sinus after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,148 patients with recurrent fungal infection of maxillary sinus after endoscopic sinus surgery admitted to a hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random number grouping.In the control group,74 patients were treated with 5%sodium bicarbonate alone,in the observation group,74 cases were treated with fluconazole,and the fungal infection rate,therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The Fungal infection rate in the observation group(9.5%,7 cases)was lower than that in the control group(25.7%,19 cases),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment of fungal infection in the observation group was 100%(7 cases),and the adverse reaction rate was 0,which were better than those in the control group[68.4%(13 cases),21.1%(4 cases)],with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluconazole can effectively prevent and treat fungal infection in patients with recurrent fungal infection of maxillary sinus after endoscopic sinus surgery,which is wirthy of application.
