摘 要:为解决传统溶剂萃取法处理油砂时,存在溶剂回收困难、成本高等问题,采用开关型脂肪酸溶剂萃取油砂,研究了开关型脂肪酸在酸碱调控下亲疏水的转变过程,以及在萃取过程中搅拌时间、搅拌温度、液固比对清洗后砂中残油率的影响。结果表明,开关型脂肪酸溶剂通过简单的酸碱调控就可以实现回收。最佳工艺条件为:萃取时间为20 min,萃取温度为50℃,液固比为3∶1,可将砂中残油率降至0.32%。In order to solve the traditional solvent extraction method has the disadvantages of difficult solvent recovery and high cost.Using switch-type fatty acid solvents to extract oil sands,and studies the process of switch-type fatty acids under the control of acid-base hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity,as well as the stirring time,temperature,and liquid-solid ratio during the extraction process.The effect of residual oil rate.The results show that the switched fatty acid solvent can be recovered by simple acid-base regulation.The best process conditions are:the extraction time is 20 min,the extraction temperature is 50℃,and the liquid-solid ratio is 3∶1,which can reduce the residual oil rate in the sand to 0.32%.
