摘 要:利用带有同步冷却微波驱动对经预处理的纤维素进行了水解成糖,详细探讨了微波功率、水解时间、纤维素用量及催化助剂对水解成糖效率的影响。结果表明,该法能有效强化微波驱动作用,促进纤维素水解成糖效率提升。此外,通过延长反应时间、减少纤维素含量及使用催化助剂等方式均能提升对微波的利用能力,利用氧化锆实现最佳的水解成糖效果,反应5 min还原糖产率即达到65.2%。研究为构建以纤维素为起点制备高品质生物基化工原材料奠定重要的理论技术基础。The hydrolysis of pretreated cellulose into sugar is investigated by microwave driving with synchronous cooling.Effect of microwave power,hydrolysis time and solid content of cellulose and co-catalyst on the efficiency of hydrolysis of cellulose to sugar is discussed in detail.The results indicate that this particular method can effectively enhance the microwave drive and improve the efficiency of cellulose hydrolysis into sugar.With the increase of reaction time,reduce content of cellulose and combine with the co-catalyst,the utilization ability of microwave could be improved,the highest efficiency of hydrolysis of cellulose to sugar to achieve by combining with the use of ZrO_(2),only 5 min is needed in hydrolysis to achieve 65.2% yield of TRS.This research establishes an important theoretical and technological foundation for the preparation of new chemical resource,which derives from cellulose.
