摘  要:通过模拟现场除油器结构,开展了5种不同类型除油剂对含聚采油污水的除油效果评价,进而进行不同加药组合处理、降低药剂加量的优化实验。结果表明,除油剂类型及加量对除油效果影响显著,5种除油剂中,除油剂BY-1在加量为400 mg/L时,除油率≥91.35%;组合加药除油效果优于单一除油剂的处理效果,药剂组合BF-1(200 mg/L)+BF-2(100 mg/L)和BF-1(200 mg/L)+BY-3(100 mg/L)时,处理含聚采油污水除油率≥97%,药剂组合能有效降低药剂加量,提高污水综合除油效果。By simulating the structure of on-site degreaser,the evaluation of the degreasing effect of 5 different types of degreasers on polymer-containing sewage was carried out,and then the optimization experiments of different combinations of dosing treatments and reducing the dosage of agents were carried out.The results show that the type and amount of degreasing agent have a significant effect on the degreasing effect.Among the five degreasing agents,the degreasing agent BY-1 has a degreasing rate of≥91.35%when the dosage is 400 mg/L;The effect is better than the treatment effect of a single degreasing agent.When the combination of agents is BF-1(200 mg/L)+BF-2(100 mg/L)and BF-1(200 mg/L)+BY-3(100 mg/L),degreasing rate for treating wastewater containing polymer oil extraction≥97%,the combination of agents can effectively reduce the dosage of agents,and improve the comprehensive deoiling effect of sewage.
