摘  要:在固定床反应器内研究了不同半焦催化剂对煤焦油模型化合物(甲苯、环己烷、正庚烷)的催化裂解效果。结合BET、XRD、SEM-EDS等表征手段,对催化半焦的性质进行分析,采用FTIR对液相产品进行分析。结果表明,活化后半焦的表面积增大,半焦表面的金属矿物质含量增加,都会提高其对焦油模型化合物的催化裂解能力。通过FTIR对3种不同模型化合物经AC-15催化剂作用后的产物分析可知,环己烷主要发生了开环反应,正庚烷主要发生了脱氢反应,甲苯被裂解产物的芳香性有所下降,最终生成一系列链烃化合物。Catalytic cracking of coal tar model compounds(toluene,cyclohexane and n-heptane)over different char was studied in a fixed bed reactor.The catalytic char was characterized by BET,XRD and SEM-EDS,while the liquid products were analyzed by the FTIR.The results showed that both of the char surface area and the content of metal on the char surface was increased when the char was activated,all of which leaded the catalytic ability of the char improved.FTIR analysis results of the liquid products obtained from catalytic cracking the tar model compounds over AC-15 catalyst revealed that the ring opening reaction mainly occurred in cyclohexane and the dehydrogenation reaction occurred mainly in n-heptane,while the aromaticity of the products were decreased and finally a series of chain hydrocarbon compounds were formed when the toluene was cracked.
