摘 要:对自然老化的浸渍活性炭的关键物理性能、热稳定性及吸附放射性碘效率等进行测试,以指导其在核设施通风净化系统中的工程应用。结果表明,自然存放老化60个月的浸渍活性炭,其CCl4吸附率、粒度、强度等物理性能指标以及孔结构参数未有显著变化(为自然老化后的废旧活性炭再生利用提供了重要依据);但其pH值已从初始的9.7下降至9.2左右,这与吸附放射性甲基碘效率的下降趋势相似,该效率值从初始的99.64%下降到60个月后的97.16%,TG测试表明,研究时间段内的样品其热稳定性随时间变化不显著,且失重过程基本一致。To guide the engineering application in the ventilation and purification system of nuclear facilities,the key physical properties,thermal stability and adsorption efficiency of radioactive iodine of impregnated activated carbon with different natural aging time were analyzed.The result showed that there was no significant change in physical properties such as CCl_(4) adsorption rate,particle size,strength and pore structure parameters of impregnated activated carbon that had been aged naturally for 60 months,which provided an important basis for the research on the regeneration of waste activated carbon after natural aging.However,its pH value has decreased from the initial 9.7 to about 9.2,which is similar to the decreasing trend of the adsorption efficiency of radioactive methyl iodine.The efficiency has decreased from the initial 99.64% to 97.16% after 60 months.TG test showed that the thermal stability of the samples during the study period did not change significantly with time,and the weight loss process was basically the same.
