摘 要:对木薯淀粉进行棕榈酸酯化改性,研究了棕榈酸酯淀粉及其协同羧甲基淀粉(CMS)替代标准洗衣粉中的十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)的洗涤性能。结果表明,棕榈酸酯淀粉糊液具有“剪切稀化”特性,表面活性、乳化及洗涤性能随取代度(DS)增大而提高;棕榈酸酯淀粉完全替代LAS,洗衣粉最大洗涤去污系数为1.094;棕榈酸酯淀粉与LAS复配,洗衣粉最大洗涤去污系数为1.05;榈酸酯淀粉与CMS协同替代LAS,洗衣粉最大洗涤去污系数为1.264。棕榈酸酯淀粉具有较好的表面活性和乳化性能,与LAS、CMS协同效应好,洗涤性能优良。The cassava starch was modified by esterification with palmitic acid.The washing properties of palmitate starch and its complex system with carboxymethyl starch(CMS)were studied to replace sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(LAS)in washing powder.The results showed that the paste of palmitate starch has the characteristic of“shear thinning”,and the surface activity,emulsification and washing properties increased with the increase of the degree of substitution.In the formula of washing powder,when LAS was replaced by palmitate starch,the maximum detergent decontamination coefficient was 1.094 when palmitate starch was mixed with LAS,the maximum detergent decontamination coefficient is 1.05.When palmitate starch is mixed with CMS to replace LAS,the maximum detergent decontamination coefficient is 1.264.Palmitate starch has good surface activity and emulsifying performance,good synergistic effect with LAS and CMS,and excellent washing performance.
