摘  要:综述了污泥蛋白质回收工艺的研究进展。基于污泥破解的蛋白质回收工艺是污泥资源化的重要途径,目前对城市剩余污泥进行破解以提取蛋白质的方法主要有物理法、化学法、生物法及其联合处理工艺。分析了单项技术及其联合处理工艺的作用机制、最佳工况条件、污泥破解效果和蛋白质回收效率;对污泥蛋白两大特性(丰富的营养价值和良好的发泡性能)及其最终产品化途径进行了归纳总结;对污泥蛋白质回收的工程化应用提出了建议和展望。This paper introduced the research progress of protein recovery from sludge.Protein recovery technology based on sludge cracking is an essential way of sludge recycling.Many different pretreatment methods have been reported to acceleratethe release/solubilization of protein from sludge,including physical method,chemical method,biological method and their combinations.The mechanism,optimal conditions,sludge cracking effect and protein recovery efficiency of single method and its combination were analyzed.Two main characteristics of the products(rich nutritional value and good foaming performance)and the final productization were summarized.Some suggestions and prospects are put forward for sludge protein recovery from laboratory to engineering application.
