摘 要:煤炭作为一种传统的化石燃料,一直在能源结构中扮演着重要的角色。然而煤炭中含有大量的灰分,不仅使煤炭发热量降低,还造成火力发电污染物排放。使用酸碱法进行煤炭脱灰,将氢氧化钙溶液代替传统酸碱法脱灰的氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾溶液,探究氧化钙与煤灰比、反应温度、反应时间、超声等对脱灰的影响。结果表明:随着氧化钙与煤灰比的增大,煤脱灰效率先增大后减小,不同的煤种,脱灰效率的最佳氧化钙与煤灰比不同,但均在0.6~1.2之间,神华煤、贵州煤、内蒙古煤的最高脱灰效率分别为82.61%,84.36%和88.54%,最小灰分含量分别为2.74%,1.62%和0.96%;提高反应温度与反应时间均有利于提高脱灰效率。As a traditional fossil fuel,coal plays an important role in the energy field.However,the coal contains a lot of ash,which not only makes the coal calorific value reduced,but also emits the pollutants.In this paper,the acid-alkali is applied in coal demineralization and Ca(OH)2 replaces the NaOH or KOH used in the traditional acid-alkali method to study the effects caused by the ratio of calcium oxide to coal ash,the reaction temperature,the reaction time and the ultrasonic wave are investigated.The results show that with the increase of ratio of CaO/ash,the efficiency increases first and then decreases;and for the different coal,the optimum ratio of CaO/ash is different and all within 0.6~1.2.The highest efficiencies of the Shenhua coal,Guizhou coal and Inner Mongolia coal is 82.61%,84.36%and 88.54%,and the minimum ashes is 2.74%,1.62%and 0.96%.Increasing the reaction temperature and time is beneficial to improve the de-ashing efficiency.
