摘  要:针对邯峰电厂一期2台660 MW的燃煤发电机组在实际运行中掺烧非设计煤种的问题进行了详细的分析。综合考虑所掺烧非设计煤种的燃料特性以及配套制粉系统的实际情况,保证安全运行以及环保排放的原则设计出适用于本发电机组掺烧方案。通过分析不同负荷下机组的运行数据发现,经过合理的配煤掺烧可以满足机组燃烧的安全边界以及环保达标边界的要求。经过长时间的实际运行后,对比掺烧前后2年内相同时间段的经济指标发现,合理的配煤掺烧可以节省成本,同时在电厂配煤掺烧和优化燃烧方面做出了大量技术整改并提出了针对性建议。In this paper,the problem of mixing and burning non-designed coal in the actual operation of two 660 MW coal generating units in phase I of Hanfeng power plant is analyzed in detail.Based on the consideration of the fuel characteristics of the non-designed coal and the actual situation of the supporting pulverizing system,the scheme is designed based on the principles of safe operation and environmental protection.Through the analysis of the operation data of the units under different loads,it is found that the safe boundary of unit combustion and the boundary of environmental protection can be met by reasonable blending and burning of coal.After a long time of actual operation,it is found that reasonable blending of coal can play a role in cost saving by comparing the economic indicators of the same time period before and after blending of coal.Meanwhile,a large number of technical improvements have been made in coal blending and combustion optimization of power plants and corresponding suggestions have been put forward.
