预见性护理在糖尿病患者防范低血糖事件中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在糖尿病患者防范低血糖事件的应用效果。方法:将118例糖尿病住院患者分为对照组及研究组,每组各59例。对照组实施常规血糖管理护理干预;研究组在常规干预基础上开展预见性护理,主要包括总结低血糖发生原因,并制定系列预防措施。比较两组患者低血糖发生率、血糖管理情况和低血糖认知水平。结果:研究组低血糖总发生率、血糖值标准差(GluSD)、血糖变异系数(GluCV)均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者对低血糖发生原因、预防及处理低血糖方法的认知合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理能降低糖尿病患者血糖波动幅度,提高低血糖知识认知水平,有效防范低血糖事件发生。Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in preventing hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:118 patients with diabetes were divided into control group and study group,59 cases in each group.The control group received routine blood glucose management nursing intervention,the study group received predictive nursing on the basis of routine intervention,mainly including summarizing the causes of hypoglycemia and formulating a series of preventive measures.The incidence of hypoglycemia,the management of blood glucose and the cognitive level of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of hypoglycemia,standard deviation of blood glucose(GluSD)and coefficient of variation(GluCV)of blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the cognitive qualification rates of“hypoglycemia causes”,“hypoglycemia prevention methods”and“hypoglycemia treatment methods”of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can reduce the amplitude of blood glucose fluctuation,improve the cognitive level of hypoglycemia knowledge,and effectively prevent hypoglycemia events.
