摘　　要：利用"互联网+",打造集政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和精神文明建设为一体的"智慧离退"党建平台,实现离退休党员信息管理、支部管理、党员学习、正能量宣传等功能,为探索我国离退休党员智慧管理,创新离退休党员管理服务组织方式提供案例.This design scheme aims to build a"smart retirement"party building platform including political development,ideological building,organizational building,work style construction and promotion of ethical values with''internet+",which implement the function of information management,branch management,online study and style publicity for retired party members.Provide a case for exploring the smart management and innovating the organization mode of management service for retired party members.
