摘　　要：方法采用菌丝生长速率法测定了19种杀菌剂对人参黑斑病菌的室内毒力作用。结果室内毒力测定结果表明:42.4%吡唑醚菌酯·氟唑菌酰胺SC(健达)对人参黑斑病的毒力作用最强,EC50值、EC90值分别为0.11 mg/L和7.15mg/L,其次为25%丙环唑EC(斑绝)和400g/L氟硅唑EC(尚果)。结论筛选出了对人参黑斑病具有较好防效的药剂,对人参黑斑病的药剂防治具有重要指导意义。Method The mycelial growth rale method was used to determine the indoor virulence of 19 fungicides against Ginseng black spot pathogen.Result The results of indoor viulence measurementshowed that:42.4%pyraclostrobin-fluoxacin SC(Jianda)has the strongest virulence effect on ginseng.melasma,with EC50 and EC90 values of 0.11 mg/L and 7.15 mg/L,followed by 25%propiconazoleEC(plaque extinction)and 400gfL fluoride Siliconazole EC(Shangguo).Conclusion The agents withgood control effect on ginseng black spot disease were screened out,which has important guiding.significance for the prevention and treatment of ginseng black spot disease.
