复方健胃散宠物营养膏制备工艺研究

摘　　要：为了将中药复方健胃散制备出适用于宠物食用的营养膏,试验采用将传统复方进行剂型改良,单因素、正交试验分别对营养膏进行基础处方和制备工艺筛选,通过感官评价与离心稳定性进行综合评分,确定处方中营养物质的最佳用量以及最佳制备工艺。结果表明:最优的处方组合为A2B2C1。即营养物质中蛋白粉加入量为2g、蜂王浆冻干粉的加入量为0.3g、蜂蜜的加入量为0.6g;最优的制备工艺为A3B2C2。即复方健胃散宠物营养膏的最佳制备工艺为药物与基质的比例为1:4,在60℃条件下搅拌30分钟,可制备成膏体并达到预期效果。说明该工艺宠物营养膏稳定性良好,符合营养膏质量标准,为后期宠物中药产品开发提供一定的实验依据。In order to traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation a stomach powder is suitable for pet food nutrition cream,reforming traditional compound dosage form was used with single factor andorthogonal test of nourishing cream respectively on the basis of the prescription and preparationtechnology,screening by sensory evaluation and the centrifugal stability comprehensive score,determine the best dosage of nutrients in the prescription and the best preparation technology.Theresults showed that the optimal prescription combination was A2B2C1.That is,the amount of proteinpowder added in nutrients was 2g.the amount of freeze-dried royal jelly was 0.3g.and the amount ofhoney was 0.6g.The optimal preparation process was A3B2C2.In other words,the optimal preparationprocess of compound Jjianwei Powder pet nutrition cream is that the ratio of medicine to matrix is 1:4 and the paste can be prepared by stirring at 60℃ for 30 minutes to achieve the expected effect.Inshows that the process of pet nutritional cream has good stability and conforms to the quality standardof the nutritional cream,which provides certain experimental basis for the later development of pettraditional Chinese medicine products.
