摘  要:磁场调制永磁直线(FMPML)电机因其低成本、高推力密度、高效率等优点,适合于长行程应用等领域。但是,该类电机功率因数较低,增大了电源的无功压力;固定直流母线电压时,调速范围较窄。针对上述问题,提出一种飞跨电容开绕组FMPML电机的单位功率因数弱磁控制策略。通过单位功率因数调制策略,解耦电机运行所需有功功率、无功功率,降低电源逆变器无功压力,使之运行于单位功率因数。结合反馈弱磁控制策略扩展控制系统调速范围。通过仿真与实验验证所提控制策略的有效性。Field-modulated permanent magnet linear(FMPML)motors have the advantages of low cost,high thrust density,high efficiency,etc.,and are suitable for long-distance applications.However,this motor suffers from lower power factor,which increases the reactive voltage of the power supply;namely,when the DC bus voltage is fixed,the speed regulation range is narrow.In this paper,a unit power factor field weakening control strategy based on flying capacitor open-end winding FMPML motor is proposed.Through the unit power factor modulation strategy,the active and reactive power required for the motor is decoupled,and the reactive voltage of the power inverter is reduced to operate at a unit power factor.Combined with the field weakening control strategy,the motor speed control range is extended to improve the system control performance.The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation and experimental results.
