摘 要:针对核电厂内通风系统中流量开关原始设计为机械式压差流量开关,原始设计功能为安全级,但受限于机械式压差流量开关故障频繁及定值不准且无合适核级设备供应商的问题,结合流量开关不受国家安全局核安全级物项监管的要求,采用CGD的方法体系,通过关键特性参数的分析,选择合适的商品级热式质量流量开关。然后,通过一系列鉴定试验的验证,证明了选择的商品级热式质量流量开关可以满足安全功能要求,具备替代核电厂通风系统中设计为安全级、质量鉴定等级为K3的机械式压差流量开关的条件。本研究实现了满足安全功能要求的热式质量流量开关零的突破,通过替代,可为解决现有机械式压差流量开关故障频繁及定值不准的问题提供新的途径。In view of the fact that the original design of the flow switch in the ventilation system of the nuclear power plant is a mechanical pressure differential flow switch,and the original design function is at the safety level,but it is limited by the frequent faults and incorrect setting of the mechanical differential flow switch and there is no suitable nuclear grade equipment supplier,combined with the requirement that the flow switch is not regulated by the nuclear safety level items of the National Security Administration.The CGD method system is used to select the appropriate commodity grade thermal mass flow switch through the analysis of the key characteristic parameters.Through a series of appraisal tests,it is proved that the selected commodity grade thermal mass flow switch can meet the safety function requirements and has the conditions to replace the mechanical differential pressure flow switch designed as safety level and quality appraisal grade K3 in the ventilation system of nuclear power plant.This study achieves a breakthrough of thermal mass flow switch zero,which meets the requirements of safety function,and provides a new way to solve the problem of frequent faults and incorrect setting of existing mechanical differential pressure flow switch.
