浅析伺服液位计在乙烯丙烯球罐的应用

摘　　要：本文以E+H公司生产的NMS 5型伺服液位计为例,介绍了伺服液位计的工作原理、特点及故障处理方法。对伺服液位计在乙烯丙烯球罐维护过程中所出现的故障和发现的问题进行了详细阐述,提出了储存乙烯丙烯球罐使用伺服液位计在安装、选型和维护过程中的注意事项,通过在乙烯丙烯球罐应用实践,证明伺服液位计的稳定性和可靠性。In this paper,NMS 5 servo level gauge produced by E+H Company is taken as an example.The working principle,characteristics and fault handling methods of servo level gauge are introduced.Through the breakdown and problems found in the maintenance process of the servo level gauge in the ethylene propylene spherical tank were elaborated in detail,the points needing attention in the installation,selection and maintenance process of the use of the servo level gauge for the storage of ethylene propylene spherical tank were put forward,and the stability and reliability of the servo level gauge were proved by the application practice in the ethylene propylene spherical tank.
