摘　　要：目的:探析短期持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床疗效及对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:2019年3月-2020年3月收治初诊2型糖尿病患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组应用二甲双胍治疗、研究组则接受短期CSII治疗,比较两组患者血糖水平、胰岛β细胞功能与不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1c)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)高于对照组、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用短期CSII治疗初诊2型糖尿病,对血糖水平及β细胞功能的改善均具有积极作用,且不易发生不良反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of short term continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and its effect on isletβcell function.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,70 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,while the study group was treated with short-term CSII.We compared the blood glucose level,islet beta cell function and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of FPG,2hpbg and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after treatment,HOMA-βwas higher than that in the control group,HOMA-IR was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short term CSII treatment for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes has a positive effect on the improvement of blood glucose level and beta cell function,and it is not easy to have adverse reactions.
