摘  要:目的:探讨自主设计踝关节锻炼器预防重度颅脑损伤患者深静脉血栓的疗效。方法:2015年1月-2018年3月收治重度颅脑损伤患者600例,随机分为两组,各300例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上给予踝关节锻炼器锻炼2周,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者股静脉峰值血流速度及股静脉平均血流速度均快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者深静脉血栓发生率及肺栓塞发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自主设计踝关节锻炼器可有效预防重度颅脑损伤患者深静脉血栓和肺栓塞。Objective:To explore the efficacy of self-designed ankle exerciser in preventing deep venous thrombosis in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:From January 2015 to March 2018,600 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 300 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The experimental group was given self-designed ankle exerciser for 2 weeks on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The peak blood flow velocity of femoral vein and the average blood flow velocity of femoral vein of experimental group were faster than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed ankle exerciser can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
