2型糖尿病合并血瘀型高脂血症患者采用降脂祛瘀方治疗对其血糖及血脂的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析降脂祛瘀方治疗2型糖尿病合并血瘀型高脂血症患者的临床价值。方法:2017年2月-2020年1月收治2型糖尿病合并血瘀型高脂血症患者56例,随机分为两组,各28例。参照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组给予降脂祛瘀方治疗。比较两组患者血糖及血脂水平改善状况。结果:研究组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用降脂祛瘀方治疗2型糖尿病合并血瘀型高脂血症患者,能够有效降低血糖及血脂水平。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Jiangzhi Quyu Recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with blood stasis hyperlipidemia.Methods:From February 2017 to January 2020,56 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with blood stasis hyperlipidemia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional drug therapy.The study group was given the Jiangzhi Quyu Recipe therapy.The improvement of blood glucose and lipid levels was compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the study group were all lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangzhi Quyu Recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with blood stasis hyperlipidemia can effectively reduce blood glucose and lipid levels.
