摘　　要：目的:探寻应用高压注射器行螺旋CT增强扫描检查的优质护理干预对策及效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月应用高压注射器行螺旋CT增强扫描检查的患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理;试验组接受优质化护理干预。比较两组临床检查满意率、检查Frankl评分及焦虑情绪(HAMA)评分。结果:试验组临床检查满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后Frankl评分高于对照组,HAMA评分则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用高压注射器行螺旋CT增强扫描检查的患者,给予优质护理干预的效果更加显著,能够明显缓解患者焦虑情绪,提升检查依从性,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the high quality nursing intervention strategies and effects for patients with high pressure syringe for spiral CT enhanced scan.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,80 cases of patients who underwent spiral CT enhanced scan with high pressure syringe were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing.The experimental group received high quality nursing intervention.The satisfaction rate of clinical examination,examination compliance(Frankl)scale score and anxiety(HAMA)scale score of the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction rate of clinical examination in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Frankl scale score of the experimental group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,the HAMA scale score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention is more effective for patients who undergoing spiral CT enhanced scan with high pressure syringe,it can obviously relieve anxiety mood,improve compliance of clinical examination and improve patients'satisfaction.
