摘　　要：目的:探究无痛胃肠镜诊疗胃肠疾病过程中应用全程护理的效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月应用无痛胃肠镜诊疗的胃肠疾病患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予传统护理干预;观察组接受全程护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后心理状态评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后心率、呼吸频率及血压水平的稳定性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理用于无痛胃肠镜诊疗的胃肠疾病患者,效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of whole course nursing on painless gastroenteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.Methods:From January to December 2019,200 patients with gastrointestinal diseases treated by painless gastroscopy were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention.The observation group was given whole course nursing intervention.We compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:In the observation group,after nursing,the psychological state score was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after nursing,the stability of heart rate,respiratory rate and blood pressure was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of whole course nursing on painless gastroenteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases is significant.
