摘　　要：目的:研究优质护理在小儿肺结核患者护理中的应用效果。方法:2016年7月-2018年11月收治肺结核患儿50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组实施常规护理+优质护理。比较两组患儿并发症发生率、护理质量和家属满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理质量评分及家属满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺结核患儿实施优质护理,更有利于降低并发症的发生风险,同时也获得患儿家属的认知与支持,从而提升总体护理质量。Objective:To study the application effect of high quality nursing for children with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:From July 2016 to November 2018,50 children with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given routine nursing plus high quality nursing.We compared the incidence of complications,nursing quality and family satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,the nursing quality score and family satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing for children with pulmonary tuberculosis is more conducive to reduce the risk of complications,and also get the cognition and support of the children's families,so as to improve the overall quality of nursing.
