基于消化内镜下消化道息肉电切除术的护理配合对降低并发症发生率的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在消化内镜下消化道息肉电切除术中实施护理配合的效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月消化内镜下行消化道息肉电切除术的患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受消化内镜下消化道息肉电切除术治疗的患者实施综合护理,患者不良情绪明显改善,护理质量相对较高,并发症发生率明显降低。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing cooperation and its effect on the incidence of complications during the electroresection of gastrointestinal polyps under digestive endoscopy.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,90 cases of patients who underwent electroresection of gastrointestinal polyps under digestive endoscopy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The effect of intervention between two groups was compared.Results:The scores of SAS,SDS and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the nursing quality score was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After comprehensive nursing is applied in patients who underwent electroresection of gastrointestinal polyps under digestive endoscopy,the bad mood of the patients is obviously improved,the nursing quality is relatively high and the incidence of complications is significantly reduced.
