摘 要:目的:探讨知识、信念、行为的护理干预模式对肝硬化患者的影响。方法:2018年1-12月收治肝硬化患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。试验组采用知-信-行的护理干预模式;对照组采用常规护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组干预后对疾病相关知识的了解、自我管理能力及健康行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后HAMA评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予肝硬化患者知-信-行的护理干预模式,可提高患者对肝硬化疾病的认知水平,改善患者生活质量,提升患者对护理的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention model on patients with hepatocirrhosis.Methods:From January to December 2018,100 cases of patients with hepatocirrhosis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention model.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of disease-related knowledge,self-management ability and health behavior in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMA scale score and SDS scale score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the experimental group after intervention was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving hepatocirrhosis patients a knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention model can improve patients'awareness of hepatocirrhosis,improve the quality of life of patients and increase their satisfaction with nursing.
