摘　　要：目的:评价专科医生融入家庭医生团队,居民签约服务的满意度。方法:2018年3月-2019年10月在重庆市某中心镇开展专科医生融入家庭医生签约服务模式。通过分层抽样的方法,采用自行设计问卷调查,评价专科医生融入家庭医生团队服务(研究组)和常规家庭医生团队服务(对照组)的效果,对比居民对家庭医生服务的满意度和卫生经济学负担。结果:研究组居民医疗及健康服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组居民对医患沟通能力及签约总体评价的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组居民卫生经济学满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:专科医生融入家庭医生团队提高了居民的整体满意度,且未增加卫生经济学负担,值得推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the satisfaction of the integration of specialist doctors into the family doctor team and residents'contracted services.Methods:From March 018 to October 2019,the service mode of specialist integrated into family doctor contract was carried out in a central town of Chongqing.Stratified sampling,self-designed questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect of the integration of specialists into the family doctor team service(study group)and the routine family doctor team service(control group).The residents'satisfaction with family doctor service and health economics burden were compared.Results:The residents'satisfaction degree of medical and health service in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The residents'satisfaction degree of overall evaluation of doctor-patient communication skills and contract signing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The residents'satisfaction degree of medical economics between the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The integration of specialists into the family doctor team improves the overall satisfaction degree of the residents and it does not increase the burden of health economics,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
