佛山市社区居民对某医联体社区中医药服务的满意度调查研究与影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨佛山市社区居民对某医联体社区中医药服务的满意度情况与影响因素。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月在医联体内接受中医药服务治疗的居民440例,均进行中医药服务满意度调查,根据调查结果分为观察组(不满意)和对照组(满意),分析影响满意度的因素。结果:两组患者性别、年龄情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者家庭人均月收入水平<4 000元、文化程度高中以下、疾病数≥两种的占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度高中以下、家庭人均月收入<4 000元、疾病数≥两种是影响中医药服务满意度的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:文化程度低、家庭人均月收入低、自身疾病数多是影响中医药服务满意度的危险因素。Objective:To investigate the results and influencing factors of Foshan community residents'satisfaction with traditional Chinese medicine service of a medical treatment alliance.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,440 residents who received traditional Chinese medicine services in the medical treatment alliance were enrolled,all of them were surveyed on their satisfaction with traditional Chinese medicine services,they were divided into observation group(dissatisfied)and control group(satisfied)according to the results of the investigation to analyze the factors that affected satisfaction.Results:The genders and ages of the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The proportion of average monthly income per household<4000 yuan,high school degree or below,number of diseases≥two in the residents of observation group were higher than the residents in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to logistic multivariate analysis,average monthly income per household<4000 yuan,high school degree or below,number of diseases≥two were the risk factors that affected the satisfaction of traditional Chinese medicine service(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Low level of education,low monthly income per family and many self-diseases are the risk factors that affecting the satisfaction of traditional Chinese medicine service.
