摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在居民健康素养促进工作中的应用效果,为合理有效开展健康素养调查与干预,提升居民健康素养水平提供依据。方法对2010—2015年无锡市15~69周岁常住居民健康素养调查结果进行分析,针对健康素养水平的影响因素,基于PDCA循环分别建立健康素养调查和健康素养提升工作模式,依据PDCA循环进行持续质量改进,对改进后的居民健康素养水平提升效果进行评估。结果2017年,居民健康素养水平提升至21.65%,比前一年上升了4.44%。老年人和工人中,健康素养水平分别提高了6.27和3.91个百分点。结论应用PDCA循环对健康素养调查和素养提升工作模式进行持续性质量改进,可有效提升健康素养干预的针对性和有效性,提高居民健康素养水平。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in promoting health literacy of residents,so as to provide solid basis for reasonable and effective literacy investigation and intervention and improvement of residents’health literacy level.Methods Health literacy survey of permanent residents aged 15-69 years in Wuxi from 2010 to 2015 was analyzed.In view of the influencing factors of health literacy level,the health literacy survey and health literacy promotion work mode were established based on PDCA cycle,respectively.Continuous quality improvement was carried out according to PDCA cycle.In addition,the effect of improving residents’health literacy level was evaluated.Results In 2017,the level of residents’health literacy increased to 21.65%,which was 4.44%higher than that of 2016.The level of health literacy in the elders and worker increased 6.27%and 3.91%respectively.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle to improve the quality of health literacy survey and work mode can effectively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of health literacy intervention,as well as improve the level of residents’health literacy.
