摘　　要：目的探讨儿童家长行为对儿童跌倒伤害影响的机制,为开展儿童跌倒伤害预防提供依据。方法2018年在上海市浦东新区和松江区随机抽取8所小学,对在校小学生及家长共8981人进行问卷星调查。结果小学生跌倒发生率为10.57%,男生为11.88%,女生为9.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.54,P<0.01)。不同年级的小学生跌倒发生率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.09,P>0.05)。家长高危行为是导致儿童跌倒伤害的重要因素,在不考虑环境因素下,家长行为导致儿童伤害发生直接效应占总效应的81.82%,通过影响儿童行为间接影响跌倒伤害发生的效应占18.18%,在考虑了环境的调节效应后,家长行为的直接效应占总效应的68.18%,环境危险能正向调节家长行为通过影响儿童行为从而导致跌倒伤害发生的中介效应,形成有调节的中介效应。结论家长高危行为是导致儿童跌倒发生的重要影响因素,在今后的预防工作中应予以重点干预。Objective To explore the effect mechanism of parents’behavior on children fall injury,and to provide evidence for the prevention of children fall injury in the future.Methods 8 primary schools were randomly selected from Shanghai PudongNewArea and Shanghai SongjiangDistrict in 2018,and 8981 parents were surveyed by online questionnaire.Results Total fall injury incidence in primary students was 10.57%,11.88%in boys and 9.17%in girls,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.54,P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference of fall injury incidence among different grades students(χ^(2)=9.09,P>0.05).Parents’high-risk behavior was an important risk factor for fall injuries in children.Without taking environmental factors into consideration,the direct effects of parents’behavior on children fall injury accounted for 81.82%of the total effects,the indirect effects accounted for 18.18%.After taking the regulating effects of the environment into consideration,the direct effects of parents’behavior accounted for 68.18%,environmental risk factor could adjust the parents’behavior through positively affecting children’s behavior and lead to the mediation effect of fall injuries,forming a regulating intermediary effect.Conclusion High risk behavior of parents is an important factor that causes children to fall.
