森林病虫害防治问题与对策研究——以雾灵山国家自然保护区为例

摘　　要：对林业生态建设中森林病虫害防治存在的问题进行了研究,分析了林业生态建设中森林病虫害防治现状,阐述了森林病虫害防治意义。以雾灵山国家自然保护区为例,提出了森林病虫害防治方法与对策:建立森林病虫害监测预警机制,根据数据的变化趋势,定期进行害虫趋势预警;加大对《林业生态建设中森林病虫害防治条例》《林业生态建设森林植被质量检疫条文》等有关文件的宣传;政府需要将每年林业生态建设资金中的5%~8%投入到森林病虫害防治工作中,作为森林病虫害防治资金,完善森林病虫害防治资金链。以保护森林资源,改善生态环境。This paper studies the measures and significance of forest pest control in forestry ecological construction,reports the present situation of forest pest control in forestry ecological construction,expounds the significance of forest pest control,and puts forward some problems and countermeasures of forest pest control.A monitoring and early warning mechanism for forest plant diseases and insect pests shall be established to regularly warn the trend of insect pests according to the change trend of data;the publicity of the Regulations on Prevention and Control of Forest Plant Diseases and Insect Pests in Forestry Ecological Construction,the Articles on Quarantine of Forest Vegetation Quality in Forestry Ecological Construction and other relevant documents shall be enhanced;the government needs to invest 5%~8% of the annual funds for forestry ecological construction in the prevention and control of forest plant diseases and insect pests as the fund for prevention and control of forest plant diseases and insect pests,and improve the fund chain for prevention and control of forest plant diseases and insect pests to protect forest resources and improve the ecological environment.
