摘  要:为了克服传统CAN接口恒温加热控制器设计方法存在的控制精度低的问题,提出了一种新的CAN接口恒温加热控制器设计方法。该方法构建以CAN总线为控制总线的分布式控制网络,根据控制网络设计CAN接口恒温控制器方案。以控制方案为基础,设计主控电路、加热控制电路、电磁阀控制电路等,完成CAN接口恒温加热控制器的设计。在完成上述设计后,通过实验验证所设计控制器的整体性能。实验结果表明,与传统控制器设计方法相比,所提方法具有较高的控制精度。In order to overcome the problem of low control accuracy in the traditional CAN interface constant temperature heating controller design method,a new CAN interface constant temperature heating controller design method is proposed in this paper.In this method,the distributed control network with CAN bus as the control bus is constructed firstly.According to the control network,the scheme of CAN interface constant temperature controller is designed.Based on the control scheme,the main control circuit,heating control circuit and solenoid valve control circuit are designed to complete the design of CAN interface constant temperature heating controller.After the completion of the above design,the overall performance of the controller is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher control accuracy than the traditional controller design method.
